MAG Partners is the development partner for RiverLinc, a six-acre site located on the Long Island City waterfront with stunning views of the Manhattan skyline. MAG Partners joined together with the neighboring property owners, TF Cornerstone, Plaxall and Simon Baron Development, under the leadership of the New York City government to work with the community on a collaborative process for a full 28 acres of underutilized private and public land to bring jobs, green energy, resilient waterfront open space, affordable housing and arts and community space to the waterfront. Conceived of a mixed-use development with 21st century office space and multifamily rental housing, the public process for a zoning change is currently on hold.
