MAG Partners was selected by Trinity Real Estate to build a 175,000 square foot boutique office development in the thriving Hudson Square neighborhood at 122 Varick Street. Today a parking lot at corner of Dominick Street, the development will also include almost 5,000 square feet of neighborhood retail at the base.  Designed with the ultimate flexibility, this building will boast floorplates between 8,000 and 15,000 square feet, ideal for the creative tenants already drawn to Midtown South. Brought to life by COOKFOX Architects, the project design will honor the historic fabric of this industrious area while delivering highly performing office space for forward looking tenants.
